Worship Music Consultants (WMC) has been proudly offering the very best in musical expertise and service to the faith-based community since 1999. WMC sponsors workshops and concerts to train and encourage church musicians while also offering the highest quality music instruments. Digital organs from Content and Eminent, located in The Netherlands, Handbells, Schulmerich Carillons, as well as some of the most beautiful stain glass windows in the Western Washington area.

Meet our staff
Mr. Gary Norris has been playing the organ since 1967 as a church musician throughout Western Washington. He is currently the Principal Organist at the Everett First Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Norris has performed concerts, led workshops, and taught organ privately for approximately 45 years. He founded Worship Music Consultants to encourage other church musicians through training opportunities, concerts, and providing quality music instruments.

Mr. Glen Kersten has been an organist for several churches and conducted many organ workshops and recitals as a seasoned Consultant.
Glen joined Rodgers as the Eastern District Sales Manager in 1970, developing the territory into the largest in dealerships and sales achievements. In 1973 he served on the Rodgers Negotiating Team that resulted in the placement of the First Rodgers Organ in New York’s famed Carnegie Hall.
As Engineering Manager and Director of Rodgers’ Custom Organ Division, Glen supervised the installation, and performed final voicing, of the new Rodgers at Carnegie Hall. While at Rodgers, Glen established a dealer product and Sales Training Program, resulting in dramatic record increase in Rodgers’ market growth.
As an Award winning Rodgers Dealer during the 1970s, ‘80s and ‘90s, Glen placed many new organs, bell carillons, school campus security alert systems and handbells throughout Oregon and Washington. He also sponsored numerous concerts and church music workshops.
